We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including how a system is used once delivered. We build to the agreed scope, to a high standard, and we stand behind that work.

3. Your Conduct

Use this website and anything we deliver for lawful purposes only. Provide accurate information when working with us. That's the baseline we expect from everyone we work with.

4. Ownership

Everything on this website belongs to ReignSpire. The systems we build for clients are yours to use. The knowledge and methods we bring to building them stay with us.

5. External Dependencies

AI systems depend on third-party infrastructure we don't own or control. We will work with you in good faith if something outside our control affects a delivered system, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReignSpire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability in any situation is capped at what you have paid us in the three months before the issue arose.

7. Ending an Engagement

Either side can end an arrangement with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate if these terms are breached.

8. Updates

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the update.
